There has been some discussion among community members about what to do with derelict properties around town. This includes vacated strip malls, home improvement warehouses, schools, and Mrs. Winners. A recent study has shown that an ideal usage for these properties is to rent them, short termed, to book warehouses. Book warehouses offer thousands of never-before-heard-of books at discount prices, and attract hundreds of customers who normally can’t afford a good book. The properties can therefore be maintained and the working class can be further educated by such gems as “Lady Chatterly’s Brother” and “Interview With an Umpire.” In an attempt to test the validity of the study, expect a book warehouse to open up in a derelict property near you.
